GRANITOS DEL OROS

Yes! That is "OUR" entire island
Coiba is in the background but it's a "free range" PRISON COLONY

Great signs, but obviously not meant for us. This was a typical beach day where we brought our own bar. Towards the end of the day, it had become an "honor bar" Excellent snorkeling around both points, but there were Jellyfish spawning, and on the back side, I found clouds of the little bastards. Kinda like washing your face with.

But I did find a turtle, and lots of fish.

Wish I would have had the Nikonos instead though

Well, this was a little better.

Their Dive boat OUR dive boat

Truthfully the Snorkeling was FAR superior to the diving. Tomash was unfamiliar with this area.....or should I say he was unfamiliar with EVERYTHING! He also would not take constructive suggestions. Our dive was murky and in a location with stiff current. Of course it could have been worse. The 1st spot was probably over 100' deep. Although we tried to explain how the land contours would dictate the underwater terrain, he adamantly refused to change until the local dive boat pointed him to the other side of the island. He even said he could not see the prop of the diveboat when he looked over the side, but assured us he could see lots of fish?
