The following are basic guidelines for regular season play: RULES OF ENGAGEMENT The following are basic guidelines for regular season play: All scheduled pool matches will be on Tuesday nights starting at 7:30 PM. (real time, not bar time). There are 22 scheduled matches in the season. Roster lineup will be as follows: 1st Set: Both teams will determine their own roster, blind lineup. 2nd Set: Host team will determine their lineup first. 3rd Set: Visitor team will determine their lineup first. Each player can play one game in each consecutive five game set and no player may play the same opponent more than once per night of play. Captains will not be allowed to substitute players or change their lineup once it has been submitted to the opposing captain. Exception: If there is an emergency, the opposing captain has the option of allowing the substitution or accepting the forfeiture of the game. Forfeits and No-Shows The first forfeit will occur at 7:45pm. The 1st Set lineup must be submitted to the opposing captain. If the person listed is not ready to play when it is their turn, it is a forfeit. All teams must have at least 3 players present and ready to play to avoid a "No-Show" for the night. When a team is a "No-Show", there are no make-up games. The team that was a "No-Show" will receive zero wins and have a "No-Show" on record. The team that did show up will receive 9 wins. Any team with 3 "No-Show"s will be dropped from league play and stats will be adjusted. Matches not yet played will become "BYES" for the opposing teams. Those teams will receive 9 wins, however individual players will not receive any wins. Any team that is not able to play on the regularly scheduled league night must notify their opposing team and hosting bar at least 2 hours before the match is scheduled to avoid a "No-Show". The "No-Show" captain must contact the opposing captain to reschedule a match. All rescheduled matches must be made up with in 2 weeks of postponed night.
