The Island of Isle des Saintes
This view is from Fort Napoleon. Similar to St. Barth's 20 years ago.
Most of he populace only speak French here,
and everything closes from Noon until 3.

Very interesting museum, although it would have been more educational if I knew French.
A couple of other oddities here.....
This beach is on the far side of the island, about 1 mile. NO BARENESS ALLOWED!
Around the point from the harbor is
"No Beach Beach" where we set up our own bar
It is so called because the property is owned by a condo, and you can't go past the fenceline.
Just enough room for your Neet-sheet though.
